Baltic Ground Services (BGS), a ground handling company under Avia Solutions Group, is strengthening its long-term collaboration with Irish low-cost carrier Ryanair.
As part of a new one-year agreement, BGS will provide aviation fuel at four airports across Europe. The partnership now includes Kaunas International Airport in Lithuania as a new location. BGS will also continue supplying fuel at Vilnius and Palanga airports in Lithuania, as well as Ostrava International Airport in the Czech Republic.
Vitalis Dudys, BGS Group Head of Commerce, commented: “We’ve had a strong partnership with Ryanair for over nine years. We’re proud to support such a major player in the aviation industry. This renewed agreement not only reflects Ryanair’s trust in our team but also highlights our ability to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable fueling services across multiple airports.”
BGS’s consistent performance, strong focus on safety, and ability to tailor services to client needs helped secure the extension of this cooperation, which originally began in 2016.
Steven Fitzgerald, Head of Sustainability at Ryanair, added: “Since the beginning of our cooperation, BGS has continuously met our high standards by delivering outstanding fueling services. We look forward to further strengthening our partnership.”
