ATL Partners has completed the acquisition of SkyMark, a manufacturer of specialized vehicles such as aircraft refueling trucks and fire hydrant refueling machines, as well as Rampmaster, a producer of aviation refueling solution designs for the commercial and general aviation markets. The two parties will integrate to create an integrated platform for aviation solutions, refueling services, and aviation ground support equipment. Both will retain their own brands and operate independently, and their original management teams will continue to hold key management positions. The co-founders of SkyMark and the executive team and owners of Rampmaster will all remain in key leadership positions. At the same time, the management teams of both parties will inject equity into the newly merged company.
Caleb Clark, a senior partner of ATL Partners, stated that the company had regarded the aviation ground handling equipment market as a promising growth opportunity two years ago. This acquisition is the implementation of its theme-driven investment strategy. It will rely on its profound industry expertise and operational partner network, and collaborate deeply with the founding and management teams of the enterprises to achieve the set strategic vision. Steven Paul, the CEO of SkyMark, believes that this merger integrates two enterprises with profound engineering and technical accumulation. Both parties' values and corporate cultures are in harmony, and both adhere to quality and customer service. They will leverage ATL's industry experience to accelerate development and consolidate their position as the preferred partner for global airports and aviation service providers. Lee Yohannan, the CEO of Rampmaster, said that after collaborating with SkyMark and ATL, the company will further enhance its ability to provide reliable services to customers, and create more development opportunities for employees and stakeholders. This acquisition is also the first investment of ATL's third fund.
