dnata will prepare and load over 90,000 meals each year for Etihad Airways’ 14 weekly Amman-Abu Dhabi flights, as part of its multi-year catering partnership in Jordan.
Dana Kamal Adwan, CEO of dnata Catering & Retail Jordan, highlighted that the contract reflects the team’s culinary vision, operational prowess and large-scale delivery capabilities. She added that dnata will collaborate closely with the airline to craft world-class menus — featuring locally inspired flavours and premium cabin dishes — to enhance passengers’ travel experience.
In Jordan, dnata’s catering division boasts a 400-strong professional team, serving more than 30 airlines including Etihad Airways. During the 2024-25 financial year, the Jordan-based team delivered over 4.5 million meals across 24,000 flights.
