Cargo iQ’s core mission is to set industry-wide quality benchmarks through planning and performance monitoring, all built on standardized business processes and key milestones, and its membership pool exceeds 60 entities spanning airlines, freight forwarders, ground handlers, trucking firms and IT solution providers.
To secure this accreditation, Menzies Aviation aligned its global cargo operations with Cargo iQ’s internationally recognized Master Operating Plan (MOP)—the industry’s definitive framework for end-to-end air cargo shipment planning and performance measurement. The MOP clearly defines critical milestones throughout the entire air cargo logistics journey and sets consistent quality criteria for airlines, ground handlers and freight forwarders alike, creating a unified operational standard for the sector.
Integrating Cargo iQ’s standards into its internal processes and data systems brings tangible benefits to Menzies Aviation: it enhances operational transparency, enables more precise performance tracking, and ultimately delivers a more reliable service experience for its global cargo customers.
