Mercury GSE, a top North American supplier of GSE rental, leasing and fleet management services, has named Eric Davis as its new Vice President of Operations. This appointment consolidates the company’s leading position in service-oriented ground support equipment solutions. With over 28 years of aviation GSE industry experience, Davis specializes in global aftermarket operations, service strategy and large-scale operational management, and boasts solid achievements in optimizing fleet efficiency, upgrading customer services and managing cross-regional service teams. Before taking up the new post, he served as Director of Global Customer Care at Oshkosh AeroTech, managing an international team and supporting over 25,000 GSE units globally for airlines, cargo enterprises and ground service providers.
In his new position, Eric Davis will take charge of the overall operational strategy and daily execution of Mercury GSE throughout North America. His core responsibilities cover service delivery, fleet operation management and the expansion of the company’s national service support network. He will cooperate with the operations management team to expand on-site service capacity, unify operational procedures, and effectively improve the company’s on-site response efficiency and equipment operational stability. Company leaders noted that Davis’ rich global vision and mature operational management capabilities will help the enterprise optimize large-scale customer service capabilities, further elevate industry service standards, and strengthen service reliability and equipment uptime.
