SAASA has launched ground handling services for Air France-KLM at Mexico City's Benito Juarez Airport, effective October 1. The scope includes passenger services, ramp operations and dispatch support for three daily flights, complementing the company's existing handling cooperation with the airline group in Peru.
To support the new operations, SAASA has invested over $3.4 million in modern ground support equipment. SAASA entered the Mexican market in 2022 through the full acquisition of Globalia Handling, currently serving clients such as Iberia, Hainan Airlines and UPS across key airports including Merida Manuel Cresencio Rejon International Airport.
SAASA CEO Enrique Vargas Loret de Mola emphasized that the expanded partnership with Air France-KLM in Mexico reflects the company's growing international footprint. "We are committed to maintaining this growth trajectory by delivering operational excellence to all our customers," he stated.
