Albany International Airport has launched a full digital fuel management system jointly with service provider Million Air and tech firm QT Technologies, aiming to boost efficiency, transparency and overall supervision of aviation fuel operations. The solution combines QT Gateway for real-time fuel data collection and QT Vantage for automated inventory reconciliation and reporting.

The new system phases out outdated mixed manual and spreadsheet-based reconciliation workflows. It builds a centralized automated process to deliver full real-time visibility of fuel supply flows from storage facilities to on-site aircraft, greatly simplifying cross-department coordination and eliminating delayed error checks. Airport financial executives note the digital upgrade has standardized accounting and reporting work effectively.
