Aviator Airport Alliance, a full-service aviation provider operating at 15 Nordic airports and part of Avia Solutions Group, has signed a new three-year contract with Wizz Air, Europe’s third-largest low-cost carrier. The agreement, covering ground handling and de-icing services at 8 Norwegian airports, will take effect on January 13, 2026.
The cooperating airports include Ålesund (AES), Bergen (BGO), Bodø (BOO), Haugesund (HAU), Kristiansand (KRS), Stavanger (SVG), Tromsø (TOS), and Trondheim (TRD). While Wizz Air has no immediate flight plans for Bodø and Kristiansand, the agreement reserves service coverage for potential future operations at these two locations.
This marks a renewed partnership for the two parties in Norway. Peter Stackeryd, Aviator’s Managing Director for Norway, stated, “We are delighted that Wizz Air has chosen us again as its partner in Norway. We look forward to delivering high-quality, on-time services to ensure a reliable experience for its passengers.”
The deal strengthens their existing Nordic collaboration. Aviator already provides services to Wizz Air at Copenhagen Airport (CPH) in Denmark, as well as Stockholm Arlanda (ARN), Gothenburg Landvetter (GOT), and Malmö Airport (MMX) in Sweden.

Their safety-first approach, high service quality, and operational reliability provide a solid foundation for our Norwegian expansion.”
The cooperation is expected to enhance airport service efficiency, support Wizz Air’s Nordic growth, and bring more cost-effective travel options to local passengers.
