Recently, we were notified by India’s Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) regarding the suspension of certain operating permits for our subsidiaries, citing national security concerns. In line with Indian regulations, our operations at the affected airports have been temporarily halted. We are fully cooperating with BCAS and the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) and are strictly following all legal and procedural requirements.
It is important to note that across all our international operations, including in India, we have consistently complied with relevant laws and security protocols. We have never received any warnings or penalties related to national security issues.
