Pilot John International (PJi) has announced the nationwide rollout of its mobile ground support equipment (GSE) maintenance service in the U.S., bringing expert repairs and inspections directly to aviation operators. The on-site service covers preventative maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, and repairs—all performed at customers' hangars and ramps to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
PJi’s mobile units are staffed by OEM-trained and certified technicians, fully equipped to handle a wide range of GSE needs, including routine maintenance, annual inspections, and complex diagnostics. The company also provides on-site equipment training, catering to growing demand for immediate repairs, Kunz equipment servicing, and bulk fleet maintenance.
By eliminating the need to transport GSE offsite, PJi’s mobile service helps aviation operators reduce costs and maximize uptime. The expansion reflects PJi’s commitment to fast, cost-effective, and personalized support for FBOs, MROs, and corporate flight departments.
“Our goal is to deliver expert service exactly where our customers need it,” said John Werner, President of Pilot John International. “With nationwide coverage, aviation teams can rely on PJi for efficient, high-quality maintenance that keeps their operations running smoothly.”
The mobile service supports both motorized and non-motorized GSE, including ground power units, lavatory and water carts, aircraft tugs, towbars, and axle jacks. All work adheres to strict manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring compliance and reliability.
