TCR Secures Strategic GSE Partnership with JetBlue at Three Key U.S. Airports

As a global pioneer in ground support equipment (GSE) solutions, TCR has unveiled a strategic partnership with JetBlue to provide full-spectrum GSE services at three major U.S. airports serving the airline, with further airport expansions already in the pipeline.

Under the newly established alliance, TCR will back JetBlue’s daily operations by delivering premium-grade GSE maintenance and overhaul support. At selected airport locations, core ground support equipment will be incorporated into TCR’s full-service rental portfolio.

To underpin the collaboration, TCR will expand its operational presence across North America in the coming months. It will launch an additional airside maintenance workshop at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), alongside brand-new purpose-built facilities at Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport (FLL) and Orlando International Airport (MCO).

More airport sites have already been earmarked for rollout in the second half of the year. Drawing on TCR’s profound industry know-how, mature operational systems and proven best practices, the partnership will optimize JetBlue’s ground operations. It will cover over 500 daily flight turnarounds via professional GSE leasing and maintenance services, effectively improving equipment availability, operational reliability and on-site safety standards.

The cooperation is set to elevate overall operational efficiency, maximize the reliability of JetBlue’s GSE fleet, and further advance both parties’ sustainable development goals.

Moving forward, the partnership will also empower JetBlue to speed up its long-term plan for GSE fleet modernization and electrification. Flexible fleet replacement options and optimized capital expenditure efficiency from TCR will strongly support JetBlue’s ambitious green and digital upgrade roadmap for ground equipment.
