Çelebi Airlines recently received a prestigious award in the field of international human resources for its "Global Frontline Leadership Development Program". In the 2025 Brandon Hall Excellence Awards, which is one of the most influential platforms for human resources evaluations worldwide, it was honored with the Gold Award in the "Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders" category. Çelebi Airlines, with over 65 years of industry experience, has its business covering ground services and freight operations across three continents. The "Global Frontline Leadership Development Program" that won this award was independently designed and implemented by Çelebi Airlines Academy in 2023. So far, it has covered 745 managers from 7 operating countries including Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Tanzania, and Turkey. This program, through a diverse training model combining face-to-face courses, online learning, coaching, and interactive practice, systematically enhances the leadership skills of participants and has received full support from 18 international trainers and senior executives.
The implementation of this plan has achieved remarkable results: the satisfaction rate of trainees reached 98%, and the success rate of behavioral transformation was 95%. In regions with a high employee turnover rate, the rate of talent loss decreased by 9%, and the score for management dedication increased by 5%. What is more noteworthy is that 90% of the participants began to apply the skills they learned within 30 days after the training, benefiting an additional 16,000 employees of Çelebi indirectly.
