The aviation leasing company Fortbrand under the Basalt Fund has completed the acquisition of Xcēd, a company under Sasser. In 2020, Qantas illegally outsourced ground handling operations at 10 Australian airports, leading to the dismissal of 1,820 in-house staff and violating the Fair Work Act 2009. Aviator Airport Alliance, a full-service aviation provider operating at 15 Nordic airports and part of Avia Solutions Group, has signed a new three-year contract with Wizz Air, Europe’s third-largest low-cost carrier.
